Welcome To Spring Lakes Ranch
Our 200 acre private Guest Ranch is a resort-style retreat facility located just outside Waco, TX. We provide overnight accommodations for large groups in our three freshly remodeled homes. With a capacity to sleep over 100 guests, we can easily accommodate your corporate or church retreat, large family reunion or gathering of any kind. If you are looking for a truly unique experience that offers some thing for everyone, look no further!
Our Accommodations
We offer three very unique and well appointed homes for our overnight guests. Each home includes all the elements to give your group the comforts of home while being immersed in a breathtaking and unique environment.
The Lake House
Our lake house is ideal for large groups. With 15 bedrooms, 12 ensuite full bathrooms, 2 full kitchens, 2 living and dining rooms, and a coffee bar/kitchenette, guests are sure to be comfortable and well taken care of. Guests have plenty of bed sizes to choose from and roomy areas to enjoy each other’s company. Both kitchens come stocked with cooking utensils and appliances so guests can gather over a home cooked meal even on vacation. This home boasts lovely views of our 20-acre spring fed lake as well as a patio to relax on while you enjoy your view.
The Ranch House
The 4200+ sqft Ranch House has 8 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, with a combined & open floor plan w/Living/Dining/Kitchen together for a relaxed family or small group gathering space.
The Cottage
The newly renovated Cottage is a great addition to your amenities when you book the Lakehouse. The house includes 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a spacious dining and living room area. The kitchen comes stocked with cooking utensils and appliances so guests can gather over a home cooked meal even on vacation. This rental includes views of our 20-acre spring fed lake as well as a patio to relax on while you enjoy your view and access to all amenities included with the Lakehouse. This modified space is only available as an extension of the Lakehouse rental.
Retreats + Events

Additional Facilities
If you’re interested in additional dining or meeting spaces to enhance your stay, we can certainly accommodate. Our two add-on facilities can offer guests an additional private dining/kitchen option or separate meeting space to enhance productivity. Either of these spaces can be added to a reservation.
