The 4200+ sqft Ranch House has 8 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, with a combined & open floor plan w/Living/Dining/Kitchen together for a relaxed family gathering space. The home includes access to 2 different style swimming pools (plus a hot tub). It sits on a 200 acre ranch w/ artisan spring fed creeks, a 20 acre Spring fed lake filled with a plethora of fish. Activities include fishing, a full basketball/tennis court, nature/hiking trails, kayaking, outdoor yard games, campfire/fire-pit. We enjoy sharing the Ranch with many farm animals; cows, horses, donkeys, goats, ducks and chickens. We have a great assortment of trees that include; Oak, pecan cypress and they are perfect for sitting under enjoying the cool breeze. There are nature spots galore to enjoy all around the ranch with multiple ponds, creeks & waterfalls plus an abundance of deer, turkey, squirrels, raccoons, armadillos & other animals!
